Chef Christopher Bates, MS, and his wife Isabel Bogadtke are bringing their own take of “high-brow, junk food” to the Finger Lakes with homemade sausages, sides, desserts, & more. In their own words, “Delicious has arrived (to the Finger Lakes).” Their restaurant is not only affordable and delicious, but most of the ingredients are locally sourced. Finger Lakes wines and craft brews will also soon be available to have alongside your meal. Already buy a lot of wine along the trail? That’s fine! You’re more than welcome to bring it in and have that.
